How We Took Care Of It

We sought detailed information on NetSuite's performance while looking at some key critical areas to narrow down the possible causes. We considered performance details of record pages that were getting slow, and we also looked for potential fail points and bottlenecks after a certain number of transactions. 

The system's overall latency at certain times of day had to be considered too. Carefully, we took steps to filter out less important data and prune lines that could give multiple results until we found what we were looking for.

On the face of it, this was a simple issue but it required a keen understanding of the data, how to curate it, and how to anticipate results from information requests.
